Canadian Longevity operates a digital and in person platform providing access to longevity health coaching and coordination of blood draw services for biomarker testing (“Canadian Longevity Platform”). This platform enables users (“Users”, “you”, “your”) to track health progress through regular biomarker testing and consultations with health professionals (“Authorized Providers”). Our services include the secure storage and sharing of personal and health information, and, when directed by Users, communication of health summaries to various Authorized Providers.

To create an account and use the Canadian Longevity Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age or meet the age.
2. Reside temporarily or permanently in Canada.
3. Complete registration with Canadian Longevity.

The terms “you” and “your” include these dependents.

By accepting these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with SimpleVentures Studio Inc., o/a Canadian Longevity (hereinafter referred to as “Canadian Longevity”), which governs your access and use of the Canadian Longevity Platform and participation in any programs offered. If at any point you do not agree to these Terms, cease using the Canadian Longevity Platform immediately.

You represent and warrant that you meet the residency requirements and you will use the Canadian Longevity Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Only Authorized Providers provide services through our platform. The availability of these services may vary based on your location due to telehealth regulations and proximity to our blood draw network. The availability of mobile blood draws will be restricted in some rural areas in Canada. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your primary healthcare provider’s care. We do not offer sick care, and should any health concerns arise, you will be redirected to your primary care physician. 

You acknowledge that Canadian Longevity is a facilitator connecting Users with Authorized Providers. The Authorized Providers are independent contractors responsible for the services they provide. Our platform should not be used for emergency situations or for primary healthcare or sick care purposes.

You agree not to misuse the Canadian Longevity Platform (e.g., unauthorized access, data mining). You are responsible for securing your account details, including passwords, and conduct on the platform. The Authorized Providers may contact you through electronic means, including videoconferencing, website, email or instant messenger. The Authorized Providers will use reasonable means to protect the security and confidentiality of all information provided in accordance with all applicable legislation. The Authorized Providers may forward electronic communication to staff and those involved in the delivery and administration of your care and your use of the Canadian Longevity Platform shall act as your consent with such sharing of information in accordance with all applicable legislation.

Fees for services are your responsibility unless a third party has agreed to cover these costs.

Your personal and health information is collected and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Canadian Longevity reserves the right to terminate your access or cease providing the Canadian Longevity Platform at any time. Upon termination, we will no longer be obligated to provide access to the Canadian Longevity Platform, except for any requirement to access your personal health information.

The Canadian Longevity Platform, excluding any personal health information, remains the property of Canadian Longevity. No rights are granted to use Canadian Longevity’s brand elements without permission.

Content on the Canadian Longevity Platform is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

The Canadian Longevity Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Canadian Longevity disclaims all responsibility for any harm or losses arising from your use of the platform.

Canadian Longevity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Canadian Longevity Platform or the Services provided.

You agree to indemnify Canadian Longevity against claims arising from your use of the Canadian Longevity Platform, your breach of these Terms, or violations of third-party rights.
